Agree on the cost issue. I was in TN last month and saw the “17” priced at $130. If you’re lucky and someone offers you some decades or revival don’t pass that up.
This is good to know... I actually think I know where I can get some.

Re: Recommend a Highland

I suspect it's because it's easy to hide flaws and increase cost with finishing?

Re: Jura 18

It's too bad. I'm fine with big corporations owning distilleries but make a decent product. This is not that product.

Re: Wild Turkey Master Keep

This is a GREAT topic. I don't have anything to contribute except saying I really want one but am reluctant to jump in without more info due to the cost.

SMWS bottle 73.105 - A Couthy Tipple. A delightful (yes I said delightful) little Speyside.

Eagle Rare classic tonight. Added a bit too much water, but really opened up the flavors.
I need to restock

WT single barrel, wasn’t overly impressed when I first cracked a couple weeks ago but it’s growing on me.
I generally like WT but I've been reluctant to grab this one...

Re: Recommend a Highland

It's pricey but that Dalmore Cigar Malt I was sipping on a few weeks ago is flipping fantastic. Alternatively, Speyside but I live for Balvenie. Does Balvenie have a non finished offering? If so, I’m on board. Alternatively, I’ve been eyeballing Dalmore for a minute. Single Barrel 12 and 15.
